Since 1997, owners Javier Torres and Caroline Momo-Torres have been serving downtown Denver with delicious brick oven style pizzas at their 17th and Broadway location. This pizzeria was inspired by those of the old Italian neighborhoods in NY. The dining area features art-nouveau posters and an exposed brick wall. In addition to more than 15 combination brick oven style pizza's, Pizzeria Colore's menu includes a variety of salads, hot and cold pastas, and sandwiches. Desserts include risotto pudding and chocolate-dipped cannoli.

Javier and Caroline are proud to announce the opening of their second restaurant, Colore Pizzeria Moderna, located at 2700 S Broadway(Broadway & Yale). Their other sister restaurants include Cucina Colore in Cherry Creek North and The Ice House Tavern in LoDo.
